How do I create an account?
Click on the "Login" button in the header and follow the registration process. You'll need to provide your email address and create a password.
What devices can I watch on?
You can watch DigiPlay on any device with a modern web browser, including computers, tablets, and smartphones. We support Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers.
Can I download content for offline viewing?
Currently, DigiPlay is a streaming-only service. Downloaded content for offline viewing is not available at this time, but we're working on adding this feature.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Profile page and selecting "Manage Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Why is my video buffering?
Buffering can occur due to slow internet connection. We recommend a minimum speed of 5 Mbps for HD quality and 25 Mbps for 4K quality. Try reducing the video quality in settings if buffering persists.
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Login" and then select "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.
Can I share my account?
Your account is intended for personal use. Some subscription plans allow multiple simultaneous streams. Check your subscription plan details for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and various digital payment methods. Payment options may vary by region.
Delete Account
If you want to delete your DigiPlay account, you can do so here. This action will permanently remove your profile and watch history.
Note: Active subscriptions (if any) will be cancelled. Some transaction records may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes.
